Yes, for osteopathy, physio and massage — bring your Southern Cross member number and we'll process your claim directly at time of payment. Acupuncture is also Southern Cross eligible, but isn't processed through Easy-Claim — you'll pay at the appointment and claim separately with Southern Cross.
