For a more complex problem, or several areas at once, you can book an extended 60-minute osteopathy consultation. If you are not sure which length suits you, book a standard appointment and your practitioner will tell you whether a longer session would help next time.
We take a full history, assess you, and in most cases start treatment in the same session. You leave with a clear plan for what comes next, and you are welcome to ask as many questions as you like.
You do not need a GP referral. If you have had an injury, our osteopaths and physios can lodge a new ACC claim at your first appointment. Acupuncturists cannot open a claim, so bring your ACC claim number with you, or book online with an osteopath or physio first. Once a claim is open, ACC allows up to 12 acupuncture treatments over 12 weeks.

Glenfield, Unit 2, 1 View Road, is open from 7am on weekdays. On Saturdays (10am to 5pm) Glenfield offers massage only. Orewa, Unit C, 1-19 Cammish Lane, is open weekdays and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm. Nutrition, lymphatic drainage massage and cosmetic acupuncture are available at Orewa only. Choose your clinic when you book online.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring any scans, reports or referral letters you already have, and a list of the medications you take. For an injury, bring photo ID or your NHI number if you have it, as it speeds up the ACC claim, though we can lodge it without.
We accept ACC, CareWay, Southern Cross Easy-Claim and Afterpay. CareWay can fully fund treatment for eligible knee, shoulder and lower back injuries. With eligible Southern Cross cover we claim on the spot, so you are not left waiting for a refund. Current fees are listed on our prices page.
