Osteopathy is a hands-on approach that looks at how the whole body is loading and moving, on the principle that structure and function are related. If one area has stopped doing its share, something else takes up the slack — and that is usually the part that starts hurting. It sits alongside physiotherapy rather than replacing it, and at both clinics you can see either.
In practice that means the assessment goes well beyond the painful area, and treatment combines soft tissue work, joint articulation and gentle manipulation. It is ACC registered, needs no referral, and suits everything from acute injury to pain that has been grumbling for years.
Osteopathy Auckland at Premier Wellness is part of a multidisciplinary clinic: physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, functional medicine and nutrition under the same roof. We are ACC registered, accept Southern Cross Easy-Claim and Afterpay, and you do not need a GP referral to book.

Coming from across Auckland
Our clinics sit north of the bridge, but a steady number of patients travel from the central and western suburbs, and from as far south as Papakura and Mangere Bridge. Usually it is word of mouth, or someone who has tried several practitioners and wants a whole-body assessment rather than another ten minutes on the sore spot.
If you are coming any distance, book a longer first appointment and a later slot to miss the traffic — Glenfield runs until 7pm Monday to Thursday, and both clinics open on Saturday mornings.
