Osteopathic & sports therapy care on Auckland's North Shore
Chloe brings a strong, well-rounded background in sport and exercise to her osteopathy — developed through playing hockey, netball and badminton, and years teaching group fitness, from Les Mills classes such as Body Attack, Body Pump, RPM, Sprint and Functional Strength, through to kettlebell training and aqua aerobics.
"I want every patient to understand what's driving their injury and how it affects the whole body — then leave with a practical plan to get back to full health."
She embraces a holistic, personalised approach to every treatment plan, drawing on a diverse skill set that includes structural, cranial and visceral techniques. Each session is carefully tailored to the individual's needs and their specific condition or injury.
As an ACC-registered osteopath, Chloe can lodge new claims at your first appointment — no GP referral required. She also accepts Southern Cross and Afterpay for all consultations.
Chloe is part of the wider team offering osteopathy on Auckland's North Shore from our Glenfield clinic — part of Premier Wellness's osteopathy services across Auckland.
Structural, cranial and visceral techniques, tailored to each patient's comfort, condition and goals.
Drawing on her BSc in Sports Therapy to guide recovery, movement re-education and a graduated return to activity.
Mat and Reformer Pilates plus targeted exercise prescription to support lasting, long-term results.
Chloe takes pride in clearly explaining the cause of an injury and how it impacts the body as a whole.
Alongside her osteopathy training, Chloe holds a BSc in Sports Therapy and years of experience as a group-fitness instructor and personal trainer. That means treatment doesn't stop on the table — she blends hands-on care with movement, strength and rehab so you recover well and stay well.
Chloe works across a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports presentations — using the right technique for each individual and their goals.
Lower back pain, postural strain and chronic lumbar tension — one of Chloe's most treated presentations.
Sciatic nerve irritation and referred leg pain, often linked to tension or restriction in the lower back.
Cervical pain, stiffness and postural strain through the neck and upper back — common with desk work.
Cervicogenic headaches and tension-type migraines driven by neck, jaw and upper-back tension.
Rotator cuff strain, shoulder pain and restricted movement — assessed alongside the surrounding region.
Lower-limb pain and joint dysfunction — supported with hands-on care and targeted rehab exercise.
Rugby, running, hockey, rowing, tennis and gym injuries — drawing on her sports therapy background.
Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal care, postnatal recovery and tailored exercise prescription.

Book online Call 09 444 3231Chloe is dual-trained as an osteopath and sports therapist, holding a Master of Science in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London and a BSc in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University. She is dual-registered with both the OCNZ and the General Osteopathic Council (UK).
Chloe has had a diverse and varied working life, beginning her career in publishing — in both London and New York — before retraining as a health and fitness coach and then an osteopath.
She has practised osteopathy across Surrey and Hampshire in the UK, as well as Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand. That broad background gives her a genuine understanding of the challenges her patients face — whether they have sedentary, desk-based jobs or lead active lifestyles built around sport and exercise.
Her grounding in sport and group fitness — along with her qualifications in Pilates, personal training and pre- and post-natal exercise — shapes a practical, movement-led approach to recovery. She takes great pride in clearly explaining the nature and underlying causes of an injury, and in offering effective, practical solutions that support your journey back to full health, optimal function and overall wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Chloe keeps active by combining regular gym workouts with leisurely walks and cycling excursions around the stunning landscapes of New Zealand.
I've been seeing Chloe Bond for a number of weeks. At 77, I've had three falls which impacted my back and affected my everyday life. Chloe is making a huge difference to my flexibility and my ability to do my daily 4km walk. Following her treatments I can actually feel improvements, which I'm grateful for. She's also a pleasure to deal with — I enjoy her sense of humour and the prevention advice she gives. I would happily recommend her to anyone in need of treatment.
