ACC, Southern Cross & Afterpay available

No GP referral required for ACC-covered treatment. Our osteopaths can register a new ACC claim at your first appointment. Southern Cross Easy-Claim is available for osteopathy and massage with Kahu — just bring your card and we process the claim directly. For acupuncture, pay at the time and claim directly from Southern Cross. Afterpay also accepted — spread the cost over four fortnightly payments. We also accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment? ▼
No referral is needed for any service at Premier Wellness. You can book directly online or by phone. If you have an ACC-eligible injury, our osteopaths can register a new claim at your first appointment — no GP visit required.
Which clinic should I book at? ▼
Both clinics offer osteopathy, acupuncture, massage therapy and functional medicine. Nutrition is available at our Orewa clinic. Most practitioners work across both locations, so choose whichever is most convenient — Glenfield on Auckland's North Shore, or Orewa on the Hibiscus Coast.
How do I use my Southern Cross insurance? ▼
Southern Cross Easy-Claim is available for osteopathy and massage with Kahu — just bring your member card and we process the claim directly. You only pay any remaining contribution. For acupuncture, you will need to pay for your treatment at the time of your appointment and claim directly from Southern Cross afterwards. Check your policy for your natural health benefit details.
What should I bring to my first appointment? ▼
Bring any relevant medical imaging (X-rays, MRI reports), a list of current medications or supplements, your ACC claim number if applicable, and your Southern Cross member card. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily.
Is parking available at both clinics? ▼
Yes — free parking is available on site at both the Glenfield and Orewa clinics.
