- [Osteo Akiko Nobuhara](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteo-akiko-nobuhara/): Akiko Nobuhara is a registered osteopath at Premier Wellness, seeing patients at our Glenfield (North Shore) and Orewa (Hibiscus Coast) clinics, bringing over ten years of hands-on musculoskeletal experience across Japan and Australia. She began her career as a physiotherapist in Tokyo, working across hospital, community rehabilitation and dialysis-clinic settings, before training as a remedial massage therapist in Australia — where she was named TAFE NSW's Massage Student of the Year in 2017 — and going on to practise as an osteopath in Australia as well as New Zealand.
- [Osteo Ciaran Heaney](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteo-ciaran-heaney/): Ciaran Heaney is an osteopath at Premier Wellness, practising at both our Glenfield (North Shore) and Orewa (Hibiscus Coast) clinics. Originally from Hertfordshire in the UK, he holds a Master of Osteopathy from Swansea University, where his tutored dissertation examined supplementing the osteopathic management of chronic low back pain with pain neuroscience education — reflecting his belief that understanding why pain is happening is often as important as the hands-on treatment itself.
- [Food Sensitivity Testing & Allergy Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/food-sensitivity-testing/): Bloating, fatigue, skin flare-ups or brain fog after eating can point to a food sensitivity or allergy — but which food, and which type of immune response, isn't something you can work out by guessing. Food sensitivity testing (IgG/IgA) looks at delayed reactions; allergy testing (IgE) looks at immediate reactions.
- [Organic Acids Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/organic-acids-testing/): Here's what to expect once you book a panel that includes Organic Acids Testing.
- [Functional Medicine](https://premierwellness.co.nz/functional-medicine/): Root-cause, science-based healthcare for gut health, hormones, energy and inflammation — combining Functional Medicine consultations, personalised nutrition, and advanced Functional Medicine testing at Glenfield and Orewa, Auckland.
- [Acupuncturist Yoshi Sugiyama](https://premierwellness.co.nz/acupuncturist-yoshi-sugiyama/): Yoshi Sugiyama brings a genuinely unique style of treatment to Premier Wellness — very gentle, Japanese-style acupuncture combined in the same session with hands-on physical therapy and traditional shiatsu massage.
- [Hormone Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/hormone-testing/): Hormone testing looks at what's actually circulating in your body — and how it's being produced, used and cleared — rather than guessing from symptoms alone.
- [Adrenal Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/adrenal-testing/): Rather than guessing, adrenal testing gives your Functional Medicine practitioner objective data on how your HPA axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis) is actually functioning — showing exactly where your cortisol rhythm sits, and whether related hormone pathways are also involved, so any support is targeted rather than generic. Testing is processed through NutriPath, an accredited integrative pathology laboratory.
- [Toxin Heavy Metal Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/toxin-heavy-metal-testing/): Toxin & heavy metal testing looks at what's actually accumulated in your body — not just what might be affecting you in theory.
- [Genetic Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/genetic-testing/): Generic diet, supplement and lifestyle advice works for some people and not others — often because of genetic differences in how your body absorbs nutrients, methylates folate and vitamin B12 (including the MTHFR gene), metabolises hormones, handles toxins and processes carbohydrates. Genetic testing gives your practitioner an objective layer of insight — including MTHFR and methylation status — to personalise your plan, rather than relying on trial and error.
- [Stool Testing](https://premierwellness.co.nz/stool-testing/): .fmtest-steps{background:var(--dark);padding:96px 0}
- [Osteopath Chloe Bond](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteopath-chloe-bond/): Osteopath Chloe Bond blends hands-on osteopathy with a strong sports therapy and exercise background, treating patients at Premier Wellness Glenfield on Auckland's North Shore.
- [Massage Therapist Kahu](https://premierwellness.co.nz/massage-therapist-kahu/): Kahu Weerden-Sweet · Level 7 Massage Therapist · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Osteopath Anna Stepanenko](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteopath-anna-stepanenko/): Osteopath Anna Stepanenko offers hands-on, patient-centred care at Premier Wellness, treating patients at our Glenfield (North Shore) and Orewa (Hibiscus Coast) clinics — in four languages.
- [Physio Chris Moors](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-chris-moors/): Principal Physiotherapist · Premier Wellness Glenfield
- [Physio Michelle Green](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-michelle-green/): Looking for an experienced physiotherapist in Orewa? Michelle Green is the Principal Physiotherapist at Premier Wellness Orewa, with over 25 years treating back pain, neck pain, knee and shoulder injuries, sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation across the Hibiscus Coast.
- [Treatments](https://premierwellness.co.nz/treatments/): Multidisciplinary natural healthcare in Auckland — combining osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, functional medicine and nutrition under one roof.
- [Physio North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-north-shore/): North Shore · 1 View Road, Glenfield
- [Physiotherapy Orewa](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-orewa/): Physio Orewa sits alongside osteopathy, acupuncture, massage, functional medicine and nutrition in the same clinic, so if physio is not the right answer we can move you across the corridor rather than back down the motorway.
- [Physio Briana Coombridge](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-briana-coombridge/): Senior Physiotherapist · Premier Wellness Orewa
- [Physio Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/physio-auckland/): Auckland · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Osteo Hamish Wallace](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteo-hamish-wallace/): Hamish Wallace is a registered osteopath at Premier Wellness, practising at both our Glenfield (North Shore) and Orewa (Hibiscus Coast) clinics. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy and a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health from Ara Institute of Canterbury, as well as a Bachelor of Sports Coaching (Performance Analysis) from the University of Canterbury.
- [Premier Staff](https://premierwellness.co.nz/premier-staff/): .pw-sp * { box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0; padding: 0; }
- [Conditions](https://premierwellness.co.nz/conditions/): Premier Wellness is Auckland's North Shore multidisciplinary clinic — treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, pregnancy, chronic conditions and more using osteopathy, acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy, functional medicine and nutrition.
- [Anxiety & Insomnia Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/anxiety-insomnia-auckland/): Wired at eleven at night and flattened at seven in the morning. Shoulders that never come down. We treat the physical end of stress and poor sleep — alongside your GP, not instead of them. We are an anxiety clinic Auckland patients come to when stress has turned physical.
- [Menopause & Hormonal Health Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/menopause-hormonal-health-auckland/): Forty-four, sleeping badly, furious by Wednesday, and told your bloods are normal. Perimenopause can run for years before a single test shows anything, and being told nothing is wrong is not the same as feeling well. Our menopause specialist Auckland team investigates properly before recommending anything.
- [IBS & Gut Health Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/ibs-auckland/): Told it is IBS, handed a low FODMAP sheet, and left to work the rest out yourself. That is where most people are when they get here — and IBS is a description of your symptoms, not an explanation of them. Our IBS Auckland team investigates what is actually driving it.
- [Chronic Fatigue Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/chronic-fatigue-auckland/): You have been told your bloods are fine. They may well be, within the ranges a standard panel uses — but a standard panel is not the whole picture, and "normal" is not an explanation for being this tired. Our chronic fatigue Auckland team starts by investigating properly.
- [Senior & Elderly Care Orewa](https://premierwellness.co.nz/senior-elderly-care-orewa-auckland/): Arthritic hips, a knee that has never been right since the replacement, stiffness that makes the first hour of the day the worst one. Getting older is not a reason to accept pain, and treatment does not have to be forceful to work. Our senior elderly care Orewa team works gently, at your pace.
- [Pregnancy Pain Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/pregnancy-pain-auckland/): Auckland · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Joint Pain North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/joint-pain-north-shore/): North Shore · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Neck Pain North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/neck-pain-north-shore/): North Shore · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Sciatica Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/sciatica-auckland/): Auckland · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Back Pain North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/back-pain-north-shore/): North Shore · Glenfield & Orewa
- [Work Injury Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/work-injury-auckland/): Yes, RSI can be covered by ACC. So can carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and the back you hurt lifting at work. We are ACC registered and we lodge the claim at your first appointment — no GP visit first. Work injury Auckland patients are usually seen the same week.
- [Sports Injury North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/sports-injury-north-shore/): Rolled an ankle at netball, tweaked a hamstring at parkrun, or a shoulder that has not been right since the season started? Our sports injury clinic on the North Shore gets you assessed and treated the same week, with your ACC claim lodged at the first appointment. We are a sports injury clinic Auckland patients reach easily, at Glenfield and Orewa.
- [Headaches Migraines Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/headaches-migraines-auckland/): Not every headache comes from your head. A large share of what we see starts in the neck, the jaw or the upper back — which is why hands-on treatment helps when painkillers only postpone it. Our headache clinic Auckland team starts with the neck, jaw and upper back.
- [Osteopathy During Pregnancy](https://premierwellness.co.nz/osteopathy-during-pregnancy/): Gentle, expert osteopathic care for every stage of your pregnancy. Premier Wellness has Auckland's most experienced pregnancy osteopathy team — treating pelvic pain, back pain, sciatica, SPD and everything in between, across our Glenfield and Orewa clinics.

Our Level 7 qualified therapist offers prenatal and postnatal massage from 7am weekdays, with free on-site parking and Southern Cross Easy-Claim.
- [Pregnancy Massage Auckland](https://premierwellness.co.nz/pregnancy-massage-auckland/): Auckland · Glenfield & Orewa

Whether you're searching for functional medicine Auckland, functional medicine New Zealand, IFM practitioner Auckland, or root cause medicine NZ — Tonia Peachey and the Premier Wellness team are here to help.
- [Functional Medicine North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/functional-medicine-north-shore/): Premier Wellness Glenfield — North Shore's Functional Medicine North Shore clinic. - [Massage North Shore](https://premierwellness.co.nz/massage-north-shore/): Relaxation and full-body massage at our Glenfield clinic, including Saturdays. Deep tissue massage North Shore bookings run six days a week. Qualified therapists working in a clinical practice rather than a spa — with Southern Cross claimed on the spot.
